Week 3 of 16 and the first cycle of four is almost complete. Now, a week of rest followed by "active regeneration units," according to training plan. Since I have this weekend because of bad luck a great endurance base unit must be whiz, I wonder if I have this week replacements. I have missed at least not a very special unit. I'll see if this affects later sustained negative.
