My first unit after the rest week. I am now in week 5 of 16 weeks of the training plan . For the week of rest should come out fit and refreshed. This may possibly apply to my legs, boar just probably not on my immune system. It annoys me a bit, as much at the plan. In this unit, but today I have been clear that it is not the training week. I feel cold I'm cold and running, so I'm really sick but not now. Whether it's drum I have tried it with this unit and after three intervals, the brake clean cut and rolled out.

15 min warm up 5 min
260-270 watts
5 min at 140 watts
6x 2 minutes 325 Watt with 3 min break
15 min Cool-Down
