My first competition since the Federal Youth Games if I remember correctly. Of 56 participants, it has at least one for 22 place and in my age group (AK40) 7 even for the Place served.

Do I have to do at all or is it sufficient to stick to certain basic patterns?

John Verheul writes in his article (Part 1 + Part 2) he was asked by his clients: "
